Should we allow high-speed-trading or should we move to a turn based trading?
Should we allow machines and algorithms to dictate the on the spot value of a good?

I think that we should limit the profits for such trading by taxing more these games. I think that a trading tax should be a function depending on profit, moment of buying, moment of selling.
It looks like is inherent to have crashes if we let the machines do the trading. Or maybe this is a feature that exists by design?
